Safety is a priority at AAE Tech Services Inc. and we strive to be safety leaders on every jobsite. Our full-time and seasonal field staff are trained on our comprehensive Health and Safety program and receive safety training certifications as required by jobsite, client, or provincial legislation.

- Pleasure Craft Operator Certification

Employee health and safety is the highest priority at AAE Tech Services Inc. Whether in the field, the laboratory, or the office, AAE employees and management are committed to following our comprehensive health and safety program. The key principles of our program are:
- Ensuring all employees have the proper training and equipment to complete their work safely;
- Development of safe work policies and procedures for every project we undertake;
- Thorough identification, communication and mitigation of safety hazards on every job site;
Continual improvement of the program through open communication and regular policy and procedure reviews.
Our safety program has been awarded COR Certification from the Manitoba Heavy Construction Association. AAE is also a member of ISNetworld, a platform for connecting hiring clients with safe and reliable contractors.
